Sub Agent – Kincardine
Start Date: ASAP (target 15th June)
Duration: minimum until end of 2026 (current programme runs to March 2027)
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to join a major civil engineering project based in Kincardine. This is a long-term contract role offering stability and the opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure programme.
Working Hours
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will take a lead role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Duties will include:
Overseeing quality assurance and testing processes
Preparing and reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
Managing site inductions
Implementing and maintaining ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
Supporting day-to-day site operations and supervising works
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
Strong civil engineering background (essential)
Proven experience in a Sub Agent or similar role
Demonstrable experience in quality, testing, and documentation (RAMS, ITPs)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage site activities and work collaboratively with project teams
