🌈 Your Role as Nursery Practitioner:
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
* Observe and document progress using EyLog and learning journals
* Build strong relationships with parents/carers through daily handovers
* Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all children
* Maintain staff-to-child ratios and uphold EYFS standards
* Support the nursery’s daily operations and uphold company policies
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 Childcare Qualification – Essential
* Fluent in English – Essential
* 1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Desirable
* Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
