Responsibilities
Lead our team in the Warwick shop, working in a creative environment with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution.
Manage an Assistant Shop Manager and a team of diverse volunteers, using strong people skills to create a welcoming and positive experience for staff, volunteers, and supporters.
Drive sales and fundraising, communicate with the local community to build support, and help raise the vital funds needed to support frontline work.
Qualifications
Retail/Management experience and a desire for a new challenge in 2025. Should be driven, focused on making money, and possess strong communication skills both inside and outside the shop.
