Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Downham Market, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
This service offers accommodation and care for people, including nursing and dementia care.
Requirements:
Must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties:
1. Assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
2. Administer medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and company policies.
3. Maintain and complete care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
4. Report ill-health and request GP or professional visits as necessary.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Experience working in a care setting.
* Empathy and understanding of the client group's needs.
* Strong time management and leadership skills.
* Team player.
* At least 1 year of NMC registration.
Benefits:
