We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to join a leading FMCG brand, driving customer marketing strategies across major FMCG channels. You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life in retail environments and ensuring the brand wins at the point of purchase.

About the role…
As a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, you’ll lead planning and execution across key retail accounts, managing customer relationships, and ensuring brand campaigns land effectively in store and online. You’ll work closely with the internal teams to align strategy, manage budgets, and deliver best-in-class shopper activations that drive measurable results. You’ll be responsible for managing a couple of junior members within the team
About you…
You’ll have proven experience in Shopper Marketing ideally within FMCG with experience in both retail grocery and convenience channels. You combine strong commercial acumen with creative execution, and you’re confident managing stakeholders and agencies. Highly organised and proactive, you thrive on translating brand strategy into retail impact.
