Facilities Systems Manager Location : Cambridge Contract : 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Salary : £55,000 Role Purpose The Systems & CAFM Development Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development, optimisation and day-to-day performance of the organisation’s Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems and associated digital platforms. The postholder will ensure systems are reliable, user-focused, integrated with wider business tools, and capable of supporting effective operational planning, statutory compliance, performance reporting and service delivery. This role combines technical systems expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, project management and data governance. The postholder will champion digital innovation within the Facilities/Estates function and drive continuous improvement across all FM systems and processes. Key Responsibilities 1.
