About Bespoke 77 Ltd

Bespoke 77 Ltd is a growing supplier to the hospitality sector, working with restaurants, hotels, and cafés to deliver high-quality products and tailored solutions. We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow our hospitality sales division across the UK.

This is a senior role for someone already operating in a similar position, ideally with strong experience supplying into the hospitality industry and a proven track record of developing national accounts, winning new business, and leading sales growth in this sector.


The Role

The Senior National Sales Manager will take ownership of our hospitality sales strategy and lead the development of our presence within restaurants, hotels, and cafés nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and providing leadership across this key area of the business.

This role requires a highly motivated, strategic sales professional with strong industry contacts, a deep understanding of the hospitality market, and the ability to work closely with customers to deliver commercial success.


Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop Bespoke 77 Ltd’s national sales strategy within the hospitality sector.
* Drive sales growth across key channels including restaurants, hotels, and cafés.
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with independent groups, regional operators, and national accounts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders.
* Manage and grow existing hospitality accounts, ensuring high levels of service and long-term partnership development.
* Develop and implement account plans to maximise revenue and margin opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
* Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, customer service, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of customer requirements.
* Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
* Deliver regular sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance updates to senior leadership.
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
* Act as a key leader within the sales function, helping shape the direction and growth of the hospitality department.


Candidate Profile

We are seeking someone who is currently in, or has recently held, a similar senior sales role and brings direct experience of supplying the hospitality industry.


Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a Senior Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
* Strong background in selling into the hospitality sector, specifically working with restaurants, hotels, and cafés.
* Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving profitable growth.
* Experience managing national accounts and developing strategic customer relationships.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* Ability to identify opportunities, convert prospects, and grow market share.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and drive performance.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

* Existing network of contacts within the hospitality industry.
* Experience working with both independent businesses and multi-site groups.
* Knowledge of trends, challenges, and buying behaviours within the UK hospitality market.
