Requirements
* 2 references required (preferably 3 years’ history)
* Enhanced DBS check required
* Casual car user: must hold a full valid UK driving licence and provide own vehicle; mileage allowance provided
Responsibilities
* Establishing and maintaining partnerships with accommodation providers, homelessness teams and tenants
* Producing accurate documentation with high attention to detail
* Maintaining accurate records and performance data
* Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy
* Coordinating deliveries of furniture and installation of flooring and window coverings
Qualifications and Experience
* Understanding of the causes and effects of homelessness and the challenges faced by homeless people
* Ability to work collaboratively with co‑workers and other professionals
* Experience working with homeless people, vulnerable groups or in a property management setting
* Accountable, organized, prioritises work independently and makes informed decisions
* Ability to read, interpret, explain and implement policies, initiatives and legislation
* Consent to enhanced DBS check
* Willingness to undertake Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) qualification
Additional Skills
* Ability to collate information and data into performance reports
* Basic IT skills and numeracy sufficient for rent account calculations
