Junior 1st Line Support
Harrogate - 2 days a week
Up to £22,250 per year with rise closer to £24k after inital 6 Months
Permanent role

A friendly, problem-solving attitude with great communication skills
Either a relevant IT degree or solid experience in a customer-facing role
A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
Basic knowledge of IT systems, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office
A team player who can handle support tickets and troubleshoot first-line issues
