Overview
As a Shift Lead you will oversee each shift to create a safe, welcoming environment for both colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Deploy colleagues to ensure every customer counts.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Maintain store safety throughout the shift.
Qualifications & Qualities
* Passionate about customers and doing the right thing for them.
* Global view and willing to work across the store.
* Safety conscious with attention to detail.
* Team player who enjoys interacting with colleagues.
* Energetic and able to motivate the team.
* Confident to make autonomous decisions for the customer at pace.
