Contract : 6 months FTC Salary : 58,664 - 61,751 pro rata The Role: As the Senior Property Surveyor, you will lead the investigation and resolution of non‑routine repairs, including damp and mould, structural issues and specialist works. You will manage and support a team of surveyors, ensuring accurate diagnosis, strong performance and consistent service delivery across the team. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play a central role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant and well‑maintained, while contributing to continuous service improvement and a positive resident experience.
