Business Development Manager – Process Equipment UK-wide | Travel across UK & Ireland

£60,000-£80,000 (DOE) + bonus/commission

I’m working with a global manufacturer process equipment, including chemical reactors, industrial ovens and isolators, who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive sales across the food & beverage, pharmaceutical and related sectors.
This is a brand new role, created to drive growth across the UK & Ireland by developing specialist sales professionals within their business development team. Their ideal candidate will be someone with a hunter-sales mentality with a track record of success in capital equipment sales.
You will take ownership of the life sciences, pharmaceutical and food & beverage markets across the UK & Ireland, identifying new opportunities and building long-term partnerships with customers. This role offers a great balance of business development, technical engagement and strategic relationship building.
Developing new business within key players in the market - both SME and multinational organisations
Managing the full sales process from prospecting through to close
Strong capital equipment sales experience!
Commercially driven with a proactive, hunter-style approach to business development
Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
