About the Role
A leading UK digital transformation consultancy is seeking a Principal Product Director / Product Lead to shape and deliver large-scale digital healthcare products and services across the NHS and wider health ecosystem. This is a fully remote role (with occasional travel to client sites or leadership sessions) leading strategic product direction on programmes that improve patient outcomes, clinical workflows and health service efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for complex digital health products and platforms
2. Partner with NHS trusts, ICBs, DHSC and clinical stakeholders to align patient needs, operational goals and policy requirements
3. Oversee the full product lifecycle discovery, alpha, beta, launch and continuous improvement
4. Ensure compliance with NHS Digital standards, DTAC, GDS, clinical safety (DCB0129/DCB0160) and data governance (GDPR, NHS DSP Toolkit)
