Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for a leading house builder in Birmingham.
You will be dealing with customers, partners, technicians and subcontractors to ensure that all customer service queries and complaints are dealt with.
This established company have developed themselves to be a leading brand within their construction.
This is an office-based role, the successful candidate will have Customer Service experience within house building or construction or related industry.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Handle customer enquiries via email or phone promptly and in line with SLAs to ensure a positive experience.
* Issue and follow up on instructions to subcontractors to ensure timely resolution.
* Monitor and progress works to achieve completion within 28 days where possible.
* Deliver excellent, empathetic customer service throughout the customer journey.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
* Perform general administrative tasks and keep database records up to date.
* Meet Customer Service KPIs in accordance with company standards.
Skills & experience required.
* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Skilled in handling complaints and resolving issues calmly
* Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
* Polite, tactful, and confident communicator
* Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
