We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Projects Coordinator to join our small but busy team at GEC Anderson, the leading specialist in purpose-made stainless steel worktops.

Key Responsibilities
* Receive and manage incoming enquiries via email, phone, and our website
* Prepare and revise customer quotations based on specifications and site requirements
* Liaise with suppliers to place and manage orders for materials
* Produce CAD drawings for client approval and production (full training will be provided)
* Coordinate delivery and installation with customers and logistics partners
* Handle general office administration including file management, order tracking, document preparation and general customer liaison
What We're Looking For
* Strong organizational and communication skills combined with an instinctive customer focus
* Experience with CAD software – desirable but not essential
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Comfortable working with technical drawings, dimensions and pricing information
* Proficiency in basic office software and general IT systems including quoting software or CRM systems
* A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
* Confidence when dealing with contacts at all levels
* Background in kitchen design or the construction industry - desirable but not essential
