The Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Head Office team in Stratford upon Avon. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and dedicated group of individuals supporting our business in every way possible. Role and Responsibilities
* Produce monthly and annual management accounts and manufacturer composites.
* Collaborate with dealerships in commercial decision-making and manage on-site accounts staff.
* Proactively manage working capital.
* Produce weekly and monthly reports, including forecasts.
* Develop and maintain financial controls.
* Conduct reviews with management teams to promote best practices and profitability.
* Develop annual plans.
* Support a culture of continuous improvement and development.
About You
* Ideally an experienced CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent).
* A retail background is desirable but not essential.
* A self-starting team player with excellent communication skills.
* Able to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
* Attention to detail.
* IT literacy with strong Excel skills.
