3. Oversee the full transaction processing cycle, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the team
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance operations and streamline workflows
5. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in line with relevant accounting standards
6. Play a key role in the successful completion of the annual statutory audit
7. Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of finance professionals
8. Manage essential finance functions including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and contribute to month-end reporting and management accounts
9. Conduct thorough reviews and sign-offs of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts

10. Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
11. Previously working experience in people management
12. Excellent attention to detail
