Idex consulting are searching for a new and exciting position for an admin support for a Business Development Manager within a Pensions firm.
The role will be varied and will include the following:
1. Proactively booking appointments to fill the BDM's diary.
2. Managing the sales pipeline and preparing meeting packs.
3. Following up on business opportunities, including calling from purchased lists and LinkedIn.
4. Organising events and webinars.
5. Serving as a key contact point for advisors.
Experience in financial services is essential. Pensions experience is highly desirable, with SIPP knowledge being a bonus.
The candidate should have evidence of experience in a similar sales or field support role.
Key attributes include being personable, sincere, and having good organisational skills.
The role has potential to evolve, either by leading a larger support team or by progressing into a junior BDM position.
