People Manager & Business Partner - fixed term maternity leave cover, 12 months. Hours : 37 hours per week, open to flexible working options (compressed hours, etc) Salary : £33,050 - £35,570 p.a (Salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge) Contract: Fixed term maternity leave cover 12 months Base: Hybrid, home working and Osney Mead. We’re looking for a dynamic People Business Partner & Manager to join Oxfordshire Mind. This is a unique hybrid role — part strategic partner, part hands-on manager — perfect for someone who loves shaping culture and rolling up their sleeves. If you feel they do, please tell us how you meet the below requirements: Qualified CIPD Level 5 or equivalent level of experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to digest and explain complex information Proficiency in using HR information systems and data analytics Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, with the ability to manage your own emotions and empathise with others.
