We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Gardener to join our team on a part-time basis to help create and maintain our stunning landscape. This role is working 22 hours per week.
As a Gardener at Mayford Grange you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by creating beautiful outdoor spaces that they can enjoy and relax in.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the planting and maintenance of flowers, plants, and trees
Performing regular watering, pruning, and weeding to keep the gardens tidy and vibrant
Maintaining lawns, hedges, and other green areas
Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and tools
Assisting in the implementation of landscaping projects
Collaborating with the team to ensure the gardens meet the expectations and preferences of our residents
Following health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Helping the GM/FM with other tasks in and around the Village outside the garden environment when necessary
