Basic Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Company Car + Profit Share + Incentives (OTE £60,000 - £100,000+)
As one of the leading Merchants in the UK, our client is now looking for a Branch Manager to join them on their impressive growth journey. My client has over 300 branches nationwide and an exciting new store opening programme over the next few years.
As a branch manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the branch, leading your teams to drive sales and increase the profitability of your business.
Already a successful branch manager, you will be organised and a strong communicator who has the ability to motivate, train and develop your team to deliver high levels of service to our trade and retail clients – helping to build long‑lasting relationships with them.
