FACILITIES ASSISTANT - UP TO £12.65/HR - LONDON - ONSITE - TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a fantastic client who is looking for a temporary Facilities Assistant for a 6 month assignment, offering up to £12.65/hr + holiday pay!
Responsibilities:
* Ensure floors are maintained to a high standard with daily checks.
* Report maintenance issues for resolution.
* Oversee pantries & social areas including setting up coffee stations.
* Manage snack inventory and stock.
* Perform deep cleaning of storage areas and pantries.
* Conduct ongoing cleaning and clearing of kitchen areas.
* Support with event coordination and setup including: Moving furniture and setting up rooms, facilitating food deliveries and escorting suppliers and supporting catering services for events.
* Managing event-related storage and deliveries.
Requirements:
* Hospitality and events experience
* Customer service experience.
* Attention to detail.
* Good people skills and good judgement.
