That’s the life of a Service Engineer here.
One day you could be in Spain fixing a breakdown, the next you’re back at base in the UK talking a customer through fault finding over Teams. Sometimes you’ll be face-to-face, other times you’ll be guiding someone whose first language isn’t English through a tricky issue… no two days are ever the same, and you are working for a company where the applications can be used in a huge variety of industries.
This isn’t about routine maintenance alone, as a Service Engineer you’ll be stripping machines down, working through electrical drawings like a maze, finding the problem at its core, and putting everything back together again.
You’ll train customers, install kit, demonstrate at events, and make sure downtime is kept to a minimum.
