Category Clerical Services Closing Date 5 December 2025 We are looking for a junior operational cost analyst to work in a FUN dynamic and exciting environment. As a junior operational cost analyst, you will be part of a team that assists with cost control and reporting that collectively manages circa £250 annual OPEX budget used to pay Asda’s technology suppliers who provide Asda with support or services. The role is responsible for assisting with the annual spend of specific suppliers. Responsibilities Assisting with the raising of Purchase Orders and receipting of invoices Produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports as required Providing support with data analysis on supplier costs Identify opportunities for cost savings – (save money work smarter) Working with Accounts Payable to ensure payments are processed correctly Key Requirements Organised and diligent with the ability to adhere to deadlines Logical and methodical approach to analysing data Confident with Excel, Word and PowerPoint An appetite for self-development and hard work – all with a smile Desirable requirements Experience of SAP To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices.
