Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for brand storytelling and public relations? We’re looking for an experienced Brand & PR Manager to lead the development, communication, and growth of a compelling brand identity, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint and driving our PR presence across the UK.
This is a hands-on role involving brand leadership, campaign planning, client management, and oversight of internal and external communications. You’ll also support and lead a small marketing team, with occasional UK travel required.
Key Responsibilities
People & Client Management
* Line management of marketing team members
* Relationship management for key clients
* Support and training for regional marketing teams
Brand Strategy & Identity
* Define and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, mission, and values
* Conduct market, competitor, and audience research
* Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all platforms
* Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and internal communications
* Lead internal brand training and onboarding
Campaigns & Content
* Plan and deliver integrated brand campaigns (online & offline)
* Collaborate with the team to align messaging, tone, and visual identity
* Review and approve creative assets
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and impact
Customer & Market Insights
* Use data, analytics, surveys, and focus groups to track brand perception
* Measure awareness, sentiment, and share of voice
PR Strategy & Execution
* Strengthen brand authority within the property auction sector
* Generate media coverage
* Position the brand as a trusted authority and drive web traffic
* Produce quarterly PR impact reports
Required skills and experience
* 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand and/or PR
* Proven experience managing a small team
* Strong copywriting and editorial skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent project management and organisational abilities
* Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
* Experience working across digital, print, and social media channels
* Ability to interpret data and insights to inform brand strategy
* Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
