Acuity Care Group is looking for experienced and compassionate Intensive Support Workers to join our community-based team. This role is based in the West Midlands and involves travel of up to 80 miles to support adults and children with complex health needs, including brain and spinal injuries, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions. You will work across a variety of care packages, delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enables individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. No two days are the same.
