Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across multiple retail locations to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve ambitious sales targets.
* Take full accountability for sales, profit, and stock performance within your area. Identify opportunities, implement trading initiatives, and ensure delivery against key KPIs.
* Use a hands-on coaching approach to build confident, high-performing leaders through structured training and on-the-job development.
* Partner with store teams to deliver engaging retail activations, events, and experiences that drive guest engagement and conversion.
* Ensure visual standards, compliance, and operational efficiency across all stores. Manage store openings, refurbishments, and new initiatives with precision and energy.
* Work collaboratively with recruitment and scheduling teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles, fostering growth and career progression within the business.
* Act as a key point of contact for operational performance and feedback, championing best practices and sharing insights to enhance retail operations.
