An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Manager to join the finance team of this growing organisation.
Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following duties as Purchase Ledger Manager:
* Staff management of a small team including recruitment, development, training and 1 to 1 ‘s
* Payment runs
* Setting up all new suppliers on the system
* Ensuring all purchase invoices are processed by the team in a timely manner
* Dealing with any problems and queries that are escalated from the team
* All month end and year end close
* Monthly reporting
* Being a key member of the management team and driving processes and improvements through the business
