We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Centre Manager to join Inspire Neurocare Worcester and take on a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation. The Centre Manager will lead with clinical expertise and integrity, ensuring the highest standards of care, governance and professional practice. They will nurture a warm, supportive environment where residents' needs are met, holistic care is prioritised and continuous learning and quality improvement are embedded in everyday practice.

* Operate efficiently and effectively to lead and manage the day to day running of the Centre.
* Ensure the Centre remains fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements, consistently achieving and maintaining at least a "GOOD" CQC rating, while continually striving to exceed these standards.
* To manage the effective use of resources available to increase occupancy within the Centre whilst ensuring that all residents are given the highest standard of care possible.
* To act as a role model leading by example in attitude, behaviour and conduct.
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
* Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care.
Qualifications
* At least two years’ experience as a Registered Manager, ideally within a Neurological setting.
* A Registered Nurse qualification (NMC Pin preferred).
* Deep understanding of neurological conditions and experience of leading a multidisciplinary team.
* Proven experience in driving quality management, service development and financial performance.
* Knowledge of CQC & Local Authority requirements.
* Excellent leadership skills and is a confident communicator.
* Empathy and someone who is committed to making a difference within the Centre.
