Overview
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, service focussed individual to fulfil a crucial role within our Restructuring and Insolvency Team. Based in our Birmingham office, you will be responsible for the day to day management of business support to fee earners in the team.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms.
* Being a first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible.
* Supporting the file opening process for the team.
* Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
* Filtering client queries, at times being the first point of contact for clients.
* Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners.
About You
* Experience within a legal or professional services environment.
* Experience in case management systems would be desirable.
* The desire for continuous learning and professional development and a strong ability to deliver solutions to problems.
* Sound IT knowledge; including Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
* Demonstrated history within administrative role.
