Our client, one of the largest office technology providers in the UK, are looking for ambitious Trainee Sales Representatives to join their expanding Belfast based team. Key Responsibilities: Developing new customers for the company Youll be making calls, connecting with businesses, building relationships and booking meetings. This is an end to end role so (after induction & training) youll be attending meetings, assessing your customers needs and determining how our Client can help. Youll develop and present tailored proposals that will result in happy customers and new business for the company. Ultimately you will be responsible for reaching, and exceeding, the very realistic performance targets you will be given by completing these activities, meeting all key performance indicators, keeping our business CRM updated Key Skills: A real desire to have a successful technology sales career and to determine your own income. Tech Savvy. Quick learner, open to being coached and hungry to develop. An outgoing, effective communicator who builds rapport quickly. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Naturally goal or target driven. Highly motivated, driven self- starter. Full driving license. Some level of B2B sales experience would be an advantage but isnt a requirement, a great attitude & work ethic is.
