We’re an award-winning, Legal 500-recognised law firm known for delivering exceptional client service and creating a supportive, welcoming workplace. Our Conveyancing Team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly, high-performing department.
About the Role
You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, delivering a high-quality, client-focused service and contributing to the continued success of the team.
Responsibilities:
You will:
* Manage your own caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
* Draft, review and advise on contracts, title documents and reports
* Maintain excellent communication with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and AML requirements
* Work collaboratively to meet departmental service levels and uphold our firm values.
Qualifications:
* A qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, FCILEX) with over 1 years post-qualified experience.
Required Skills:
* Confident handling a caseload with minimal supervision
* Client-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive and dependable
* Positive, supportive and aligned with our firm’s Core Values.
Pay range and compensation package:
£30,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience
