Comella Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team!
We are seeking a positive and upbeat individual who enjoys working with patients and families and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a quick learner, and able to multitask while delivering exceptional customer service. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
Dental experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right person with a strong customer service background and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and check in patients
* Answer phones and schedule appointments
* Verify insurance and collect payments
* Maintain patient records and documentation
* Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
* Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families
Qualifications:
* Bilingual in Spanish preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, friendly, and energetic personality
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
* Dental experience preferred, but not required
* Excellent customer service skills
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
