The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for managing and operating all programs and activities related to the Integrated Management System (IMS), which includes Quality (ISO : standard), Health and Safety (ISO : standard), and Environmental (ISO :) standards and will report to the QHSE Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with and communicating IMS policies, procedures, and work instructions.
2. Acting as Deputy Representative for Quality Assurance.
3. Preparing monthly check documentation and coordinating returns.
4. Assisting with internal audits, site inspections, weekly/monthly checks, and supplier verification.
5. Supporting operations and management.
6. Promoting safety culture within the business.
7. Arranging, coordinating, and recording trainings.
8. Assisting with the maintenance of ISO standards.
9. Investigating non-conformances, monitoring corrective and preventative actions.
10. Implementing QMS and HSE strategies and initiatives.
11. Controlling measuring equipment and permits to work for visiting contractors.
12. Deputising for the QHSE Manager during absence.
13. Carrying out any other duties as directed by the QHSE Manager

16. Knowledge of QHSE practices, standards, and general legislation and regulatory requirements is also essential.
