Job Description

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within a variety of different verticals.
* Sell complex Digital Solutions consultancy services around Website Design, UK/UI, App Design, etc.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
* Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline development.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager (BDM) should have:

* A strong background in sales, particularly within the IT services industry.
* Proven ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
* Experience selling Website Design and UK/UI design solutions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in creating and executing strategic sales plans.
* Familiarity with digital solutions and their applications in the industry.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining detailed sales records.
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
