Recruitment Consultant – Droitwich – 4-day week (with 5 days pay!) – Part Office / Part Home‑Based
As a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on both account management and new business development, you will be at the forefront of our continued business growth. Your primary responsibility is to cultivate and expand our client base, identify and secure new business opportunities, and manage accounts with an established database. You will deliver recruitment solutions effectively and on‑time, maintaining service level agreements and supporting global agriculture, farming, and associated sectors.
Job Purpose
* Fulfil client briefs in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
* Deliver a superior service to both clients and candidates.
* Build, manage and grow client relationships and add value to the client proposition offering.
* Maintain and develop strategically important relationships with key accounts.
* Leverage relationships to identify wider business opportunities for other departments.
* Proactively cross‑sell at all times.
* Conduct new business development to deliver strategic sales goals.
* Consistently update the team on latest developments and updates within their client base and market.
* Manage both client and candidate expectations.
* Work closely with an established resourcing team to find the best candidates.
* Ensure regular and timely client reviews are conducted.
* Facilitate client callbacks to monitor performance levels and maximise business opportunities.
* Monitor own performance and adhere to SLA for each client.
* Agree and produce SLAs for all jobs including timeframes and key success factors.
Essential Skills Required
* Minimum of 18 months proven recruitment sales experience.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly‑used office packages.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
* Good team‑working skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at senior and board level.
* Good negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Great telephone manner.
* Ability to follow a process.
* Target / goal‑oriented.
* Positive / enthusiastic.

Salary and Benefits
Basic salary £27,000 – £32,500, dependent upon experience, plus a commission structure that could see you earning up to £78,000 OTE in your first year. The role offers a 4‑day working week (Monday to Thursday) with 5‑days pay, Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:30 pm, one‑hour lunch break, full training and ongoing support, company pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, top performer incentives, salary extras, company bonuses, rewards and a clearly defined career progression path.
