Our client - a highly respected, family-run prestige dealership - is expanding and now looking for a skilled Technician to join their brand-new Service Centre in Staplehurst.

The Role
You'll be part of a passionate and collaborative workshop team, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicles. Duties include:
* Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
* Conducting detailed inspections of mechanical components
* Performing servicing and repairs to the highest standards
* MOT testing (if qualified)
* Road testing vehicles to ensure fault-free performance
* Communicating technical information clearly and professionally
* Maintaining great customer service to encourage repeat business
* Managing parts stock and contributing to workshop efficiency
* Keeping up to date with new technology and best practices
* Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised working environment

About You
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) - preferred
* MOT Tester qualification - advantageous
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
* Full UK Driving Licence - essential
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
