We are seeking three Account Administrators to join our dynamic Change of Ownership team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks related to gas and power customer accounts across various platforms, including email, inbound, and outbound calls. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail are essential, as you will manage a large volume of correspondence.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in customer service and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Working Pattern
The role offers a hybrid working pattern: in-office Tuesday to Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. Standard hours are 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
