£30000.00 Per Annum
Full Time 40 Hours per Week
The Opportunity
* Assisting the Contract Manager in the effective management of the programmed maintenance.
* Oversee the programme of works and delivery through the Glendale Live field management system.
* Motivate, support and monitor the performance of delivery teams across a wide geographical area.
* Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays and sickness.
* Proactively lead by example, especially in QHSE requirements.
* Maintenance and enforcement of security of vehicle, plant and equipment.
* Enforcement of the quality and customer care ethics through the workforce and maintain workforce discipline.
* Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture.
The Person
* Demonstrable track record of leading staff or small teams.
* Good time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
* Enthusiasm, strong leadership, and great communication skills.
* Understand and subscribe to the importance of working as a team.
* Good IT skills are essential as well as a driving licence.
* Previous experience in estimating work and delivering innovative customer solutions would be an advantage.
