As a Sales Executive for the Van Centre Swansea you will play a key role in delivering a high- quality service to our customers. You will represent both the Sinclair Group and Volkswagen Light Commercial brand and be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, reporting to the Sales Manager as part of a supportive team.


Responsibilities

* Respond to queries from new and existing customers regarding new and used vehicle sales
* Guide customers through their purchase journey, providing outstanding service as the face of both Sinclair and the Volkswagen brand
* Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on finance, insurance products and optional extras
* Assist in generating a steady flow of enquiries through prospecting and marketing activity
* Maintain specialist knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and options by participating in regular training and product updates
* Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with all procedures and regulations
* Adhere to Sinclair Group and industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance


Qualifications

* Previous, proven experience in a customer-focused sales environment
* Warm, friendly and professional manner both face-to-face and over the phone
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence using social media, video and digital communication tools to engage customers
* Full, clean driving licence (no drink-driving convictions for insurance purposes)


Working Hours

* Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
* 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8.30am – 5pm (no Sunday working)
