To act as the central point of contact for the company’s occupational health surveillance activities, working closely with the HSE team to support the development and delivery of Personal Risk Assessments. The role ensures effective governance and coordination of Occupational Health Service Providers, with a focus on optimizing medical and health surveillance processes. The post holder will also support compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement through the use of Occupational Health dashboards and data management systems.
* Maintain and monitor compliance tracking for all personnel health surveillanceactivities.
* Coordinate health surveillance and medical screening with the appointed service provider, ensuring integrated and efficient scheduling.
* Assist with monthly Occupational Health reporting and dashboard updates.
* Support Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments and screening processes.
* Work alongside HSE Advisors to facilitate Personal Risk Assessments.
* Ensure accurate invoicing through coordination and verification with Occupational Health Service Provider.
* Act as the first point of contact for employee queries relating to health surveillance.
* Maintain accurate and secure records, including certification and exposure documentation, for HR personnel files.
* Oversee and manage Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) and other industrial exposure records in collaboration with HR.
* Coordinate and document all Occupational Health referrals, ensuring timely and effective case management.
