Responsibilities:
- Assist the General manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
-Cover Bar Manager when required
- Provide administrative support, including managing team and assisting on events
- Help develop and implement strategies to improve sales and achieve targets
- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist in inventory management, including line cleaning, ordering and restocking products
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
Skills:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
-Good computer skills helpful
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers / suppliers and team members
- Experience in bar / hospitality setting essential
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and make decisions under pressure
Personal license preferred

Pay: £20,376.93-£41,564.27 per year
