HR Assistant
Location: Peterlee
Hourly Rate: Up to £18.97 PAYE
Duration: 12 months
Hours: Full time onsite 36.5 hours
We’re looking for an HR Assistant to join a busy HR team supporting day‑to‑day operations and wider HR activities. This is a fast‑paced, varied role with strong exposure across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and transactional HR support
* Support HR projects and day‑to‑day operations
* Act as a key contact for employees and managers
* Maintain HR systems and records (Workday training provided)
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ admin or HR experience
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Confident with MS Office and systems
* Experience in fast-paced environments (manufacturing ideal but not essential)
