Responsibilities * Framework Management: Direct involvement in managing a large Connection Framework. * Internal Commercial Processes: Focus on optimising the commercial management of high-volume schemes to maximise value. * Revenue Development: Identify and develop new revenue streams through post-contract management, including design and construction methodology changes. * Team Support: Assist fellow QS with team management and oversee daily SSEN Commercial activities, covering pre- and post-contract work and internal cost management of labour, plant, and materials. * Contract Management: Maintain strong contractual discipline in estimating, cost analysis, and change control management. * Financial Impact: Demonstrate strong commercial and financial understanding, evaluating how various elements of utility schemes impact profitability.
