An exciting opportunity has become available for a graduate digital marketing executive to join the experienced and talented team at Dovehaven Care Homes. Dovehaven are a family owned business based in Merseyside with a portfolio of 23 homes established over 40 years. We are currently experiencing a period of growth and we would love a talented Marketing graduate to come and join us in our next big chapter!
Job Role Summary
The Graduate Digital Marketing Executive will support Dovehaven’s digital marketing strategy through high-quality content creation, social media management and campaign delivery across the group.
This role is suited to an early-career marketing professional looking to build experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, with responsibility for supporting brand visibility, recruitment marketing and occupancy-focused campaigns.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Create, manage and schedule engaging digital content across social media platforms
* Independently visit homes and events to capture high-quality photo and video content
* Write copy for blogs, newsletters, recruitment campaigns and digital communications
* Support recruitment marketing and employer brand campaigns
* Assist with website updates, SEO and digital optimisation activity
* Monitor digital performance and produce basic analytics reports
* Support campaign planning, content calendars and marketing initiatives
* Ensure all content aligns with Dovehaven’s brand standards and values
* Work collaboratively with homes and operational teams across the group
Education / Qualifications
Essential
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism or similar subject
Desirable
* Additional qualifications or certifications in digital marketing, content creation or social media
* Relevant placements, internships or freelance work
Experience & Skills
Essential
* Strong written communication and copywriting skills
* Confident creating content across digital and social platforms
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicating with stakeholders across the business
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between homes
Desirable
* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar platforms
* Basic photography and video editing experience
* Understanding of SEO, analytics and digital marketing performance
* Experience managing social media accounts or campaigns
