The Role
Take ownership of your section and maintain consistently high culinary standards
Prepare, cook, and present dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the daily running of the kitchen
Assist with restaurant service, private dining, weddings, and events
Ensure mise en place is organised and prepared for smooth service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
Work efficiently during busy service periods while remaining calm under pressure
Support and guide junior chefs within the brigade
Contribute ideas and maintain a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
About You
Previous experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
Strong understanding of fresh, seasonal British cuisine
Passionate about food, presentation, and consistency
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
Confident working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Eager to learn, develop, and progress within a respected kitchen team
Positive attitude with a genuine commitment to hospitality excellence
