Customer Service Advisor (Permanent)
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to deliver outstanding service to our customers and help the organisation achieve its goals. The role involves providing a proactive and reactive service, conducting financial reviews, and ensuring our customers meet their financial arrangements in line with their individual goals.
Location & Hours
Location: NatWest, Newtownards
Working hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, 08:00 – 18:00. Hybrid work – 2 days in office per week.
Compensation
Annual salary up to £27,976.00 (monthly pay).
Responsibilities
* Act as first point of contact, providing outstanding customer service.
* Educate customers on banking options and support them in choosing the right products.
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures while ensuring a seamless experience.
* Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes, reviewing and mitigating gaps when identified.
* Conduct financial reviews and provide accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.
* Manage diary, balancing proactive conversations with scheduled customer meetings.
* Support the bank’s way of working to assist as many customers as possible.
* Maintain relationships with colleagues and resolve complaints quickly to restore customer relationships.
* Ensure every interaction leaves the customer satisfied and their needs met.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑service environment and customer‑relationship management.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, meeting performance measures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Background working within a regulatory environment.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and technology tools.
* A customer‑focused attitude.
* English language proficiency sufficient to meet the screening requirements.
