Elevation Recruitment Group's Tech & Transformation division are working with a global business looking for a Project/Change Manager to join on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a key role in driving successful project delivery and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes across the business. You'll be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and championing change initiatives from start to finish.
Duties of the Project / Change Manager will include:
Overseeing project timelines, milestones, and risks to ensure smooth delivery
Reporting progress and key decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders
Coordinating cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors
Driving change management strategies and stakeholder engagement
Conducting impact assessments and readiness evaluations
Supporting training plans and post-implementation activities
What we're looking for:
Proven project management experience in complex projects
Experience with SAP implementations (S/4Hana preferred)
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
