Responsibilities: Production and development of training design documentation iaw JSP 822. Liaise with front line units and SMEs to develop training content and material iaw endorsed Role Performance Statements. Represent the training design function as required at governance meetings such as pre-CEBs and working groups. Manage DSAT documentation using TAFMIS, MS applications, the RM Individual training DRMP and other RN specific software as required. Provide training design support to unit T-Wings as required. Conduct assurance in accordnance with JSP 822 on RM units and training exercises (where applicable) on behalf of CFHQ J7 Support CF assurance processes contributing towards the Safe System of Training.
