Senior Administrator - Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting

Role Overview

Purpose: To provide, implement and operate a comprehensive set of Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting services that meets the needs of JTC clients, under the supervision of the Associate Director/Manager within Jersey and other JTC offices.


Main Responsibilities and Duties

* Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of FATCA and CRS reporting submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
* Undertake FATCA/CRS entity classifications and support the business in the completion of self‑certifications where required.
* Ensure FATCA/CRS obligations are met for entities undergoing closure or transfer to another service provider.
* Maintain awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group’s policies, procedures and guidelines, including core values and expected behaviours.
* Review processes and determine potential process improvements.
* Ensure internal procedures and controls are properly followed.
* Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures relating to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
* Follow CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in‑house procedures.
* Commit to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
* Perform other duties as deemed necessary by Management.


Essential Requirements

* Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
* Part-qualified ACCA/ICAEW/ICAS/ATT/CTA or equivalent (advantage).
* Previous experience in a tax/regulatory reporting role.
* Proactive self‑starter with high accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
* Collaborative team player.
